Mechatronics in our core business area: We focus on reliable, progressive, high-performance components for our products. Our specifications leave no margin for error. Our requirements range from cable harness and individual electrical and electronic components to complete electric motors.

Electronics: Integrated electronics with position sensor systems

Wire Harness: - Sensor harnesses,
length from 200 mm to 1000 mm, with specified connectors
Connection cable for Electronic Power Steering Motors, partially with over-molded lead frame; - Power harnesses

Electronical Components: Active Components (Microcontroller, Driver ICs, Transceiver) and Passive
Components in SMD and THT technology Relays and PCB

Connectors and PINS: Housing and connectors for electronics in 1K or 2K, partly with over-molded lead
frame Pin and stamping parts with press fit-technology

Covered Copper Wire: Nominal Diameter 0.03 mm - 2.2 mm
Temperature Index 180 - 220°C

Hybrid Components: Contact units, Function/Carrier housings with a variety of
technologies such as Silicon injection molding,

Metal - The basic material for motor: Our motor impress our customers with their precision, functionality and durability. To achieve this, we use only the best metals, metal components and assemblies. As well as strip steel and aluminum for our own production processes, we use stamping, die casting, welding and cold forming processes.

partially with assembling scopes

Turned parts: Made of steel, machined, partly hardening and grinding Diameter from 4.0 mm to 20 mm

Laminations: Single laminations or lamination stacks out of electrical steel,

Plastics – Materials for tomorrow and the age of lightweight design: Plastics-based components will play an increasingly important role in current and future automotive technology. We use these extremely light, robust materials primarily in Motor systems. With their low weight, plastics reduce fuel consumption and, as a result, lower CO2 emissions in line with legislation. We use plastic pellets in our component production processes, as well as prefabricated plastic components. We use hybrid metal and plastic materials in our Motor.

Pellets: Mainly of basic material : PA46, PBT, PPA

Plastic injection molded parts: Plastic parts with one or multi component injection molding,
large plastic parts manufactured by injection molding, stamping, lightweight
materials, ready to assemble/use

Rubber formed parts: Made of HNBR, EPDM
